Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our Pest Elimination Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across our Bird Management Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries, and geographic regions to prospect and win.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions.
  • Manage and deliver sales vs budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Develop and manage account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Cultivate a safety-first culture across all customer accounts, with a commitment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
