About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our Geocycle team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities through existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Conduct market research and gather intelligence to inform sales decisions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer projects and resolve complaints
About You
  • You have a proven track record in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the prescribed waste sector and sustainable services
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • You are analytical, commercially aware, and able to navigate complex technical components
  • You are a driven and tenacious individual, with a keen desire to learn and grow
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
