As a Sales Lead at Geocycle, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities through existing and new customers. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, acting as the link between customers and Geocycle technical and production staff.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the prescribed waste sector and the sustainable services Cement Australia offers.
  • Research and gather market intelligence, reporting and acting on key findings.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI's.
  • Play a key role in customer negotiations, winning new customers and customer complaint resolution.
  • Manage customer projects end to end, from initial lead to first delivery.
About You
  • You have previous experience in related industries - either in sales, or relevant trade disciplines. We are also open to recent university graduates.
  • You have a natural ability to build rapport and great relationships with customers, and you aren't afraid to get in front of them.
  • You are analytical, commercially aware and able to navigate the technical components of our business.
  • You are tenacious, driven and willing to take on new challenges.
  • You have a keen desire to learn.
  • You stay across the detail and see projects through to ensure successful results.
