Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and propose improvement plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate each stage of the sales process.
  • Proven success in securing large contracts and high-value deals.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering results.
  • Skilled in positioning and promoting high-end products.
