Senior Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to join our Pest Elimination Division in Victoria, focusing on the Australian market. As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across our Bird Management Solutions, leveraging your sales expertise to expand our market presence across Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and prioritizing target accounts, industries, and geographic regions to prospect and win
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize solutions
- Managing and delivering sales vs budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results
- Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings
- Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities
- Managing and providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management
- Developing and managing account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Cultivating a safety-first culture across all customer accounts, with a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
