We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to join our team, providing financial solutions to Australian small businesses. As a key member of our branch, you will cultivate strong connections with local business owners and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customer conversations to understand their goals and provide timely solutions, including commercial lending, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking services.

">

• Proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals, preparing for conversations with valuable insights.

">

• Build awareness of our business banking proposition within the local community, hosting education events to support ongoing financial well-being.

">

Requirements:

">

• Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales

">

• Home lending experience

">

• Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen

">

• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement/management skills

">

• Excellent customer engagement skills (face-to-face and non-face-to-face)

">

• Passion for Small Business customers or experience in managing a Small Business

">

• FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation

">

• Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willing to obtain this within 6 months

">

• Formal training in Home lending discussions (Cert IV in Banking Services preferred)
