Job Summary

This is a full-time permanent position that requires a proactive approach to building a portfolio base and managing customers. The successful candidate will have a deep level of Home Lending experience and knowledge, with the ability to describe options and value propositions, answer questions, and resolve objections effectively.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for guiding customers and business partners on the lending journey, developing a reputation as a trusted advisor, and building advocates.
  • The ideal candidate will embody our values, create followership, and drive success with a team of passionate lenders.
  • They will also proactively research and utilize industry and customer networks to enhance and share knowledge of regulatory requirements and its impacts on the market, industry, customers, and the Group.
Requirements
  • A track record of delivering excellent customer service through effective relationship-building.
  • World-class customer pipeline management skills.
  • Prior experience in a lending/sales environment.
  • Knowledge of retail lending, including the ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Home Lending products and current national home lending legislation.
  • Ability to coach and upskill peers.
  • Advanced business and market acumen.
