Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers to understand their goals and needs, providing relevant solutions.
  • Originate commercial lending up to $1M, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking solutions.
  • Support customer business and personal goals.
  • Prepare valuable insights for customer conversations.
  • Build awareness of our business banking proposition within the local community.
Requirements:
  • Commercial lending or B2B sales experience.
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement/management skills.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willing to obtain within 6 months.
