As a trusted advisor and commercial lending expert, you will facilitate customer conversations that uncover their goals and needs, providing tailored solutions to drive their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. \
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to develop comprehensive business solutions for customers.\
    \
  3. Originate a range of financial solutions for businesses, including commercial lending up to $1M, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking products.\
    \
  4. Proactively engage with customers to support their business growth, providing valuable insights and expertise to inform their financial decisions.\
    \
  5. Establish strong relationships within the local business community, promoting awareness of our business banking proposition and hosting education events to foster ongoing financial well-being.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.\
    \
  • Strong financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.\
    \
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement/management skills.\
    \
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation.\
    \
  • Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain this within 6 months.\
    \
  • Formal training in Home lending discussions, preferably with Cert IV in Banking Services qualification.\
