About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. As a key member of our Rooms Division team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Guest Services department, providing exceptional service to our guests, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operation of the Guest Services department, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Deliver exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Guest Services staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, reservations, and guest services.
- A current driver's license and ability to drive manual vehicles.
