About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. As a key member of our Rooms Division team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth daily operation of the Guest Services Department, handling movements in excess of 500 rooms per day
  • Focus on delivering exceptional guest service and effective problem-solving
  • Lead, train, motivate, and develop the team to achieve success and maintain our strong service culture
  • Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of VIPs, return guests, and group business
  • Communicate and work closely with all hotel departments on a daily basis
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division
  • Passion for engaging with guests, exceeding their expectations, and managing feedback
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sound systems knowledge
  • A current driver's license with the ability to drive manual vehicles
