The Guest Services (Switchboard) Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring total guest and associate satisfaction. This challenging position suits someone trained in a Front Office role looking for their next career advancement.

About the Role:

  • Support associates with shift-related queries
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests
  • Accommodate room changes when possible
  • Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering teams
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information
  • Process guest calls, requests, and concerns
  • Follow up on guest satisfaction regarding guest-related issues
  • Assist with In-Room Dining orders

About You:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Tertiary education in Tourism/Hospitality and/or Management preferred
  • Capable knowledge of Opera PMS
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
