About the Role:

The Guest Services Supervisor is a key member of our Rooms Division team, responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Guest Services Department, ensuring efficient and effective handling of guest arrivals and departures.
  • Lead and motivate the Guest Services team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of VIPs, return guests, and group business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel operations and systems.
