About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at our luxury hotel in Sydney. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Guest Services team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Guest Services team and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Services or customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
