About the Role:

The Guest Services Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Guest Services department. This includes overseeing the arrival and departure process for our valued guests, handling movements in excess of 500 rooms per day, and focusing on delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Guest Services Department, ensuring seamless execution of guest arrivals and departures.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional guest service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Assist in leading, training, and developing the team to ensure our strong service culture remains optimum.
  • Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of VIPs, return guests, and group business.
  • Communicate and work closely with all departments of the hotel on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division.
  • Passionate about engaging with guests, exceeding their expectations, and managing their feedback.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to forge strong relations with other key departments.
  • Sound systems knowledge.
  • A current driver's license with the ability to drive manual vehicles is essential.
