About the Role:
We're seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. As a key member of our Rooms Division team, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Guest Services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the Guest Services Department, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures for our valued guests.
- Focus on delivering exceptional service and effective problem-solving to exceed guest expectations.
- Assist in leading, training, and developing the team to ensure our strong service culture remains optimum.
- Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of VIPs, return guests, and group business.
- Communicate and work closely with all departments of the hotel on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division.
- Passion for engaging with guests, exceeding their expectations, and managing their feedback.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to forge strong relations with other key departments.
- Sound systems knowledge.
- A current driver's license with the ability to drive manual vehicles is essential.
