About the Role


This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth daily operation of the Guest Services department, ensuring seamless execution of guest arrivals and departures, and supporting the success of the Rooms Division team. Key to your success will be your ability to deliver exceptional service, lead and train a high-performing team, and communicate effectively with various hotel departments.



Responsibilities



  • Lead the Guest Services team in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their every need is met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of guest arrivals and departures.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on employee engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and hotel colleagues.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel operations, with a focus on service delivery and guest satisfaction.
