Federation University Australia is a leading regional university offering a range of education and training programs.
This role provides administrative support to Federation TAFE programs, ensuring the student lifecycle is well-managed. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing reception services across Federation TAFE and Commercial activities;
- Maintaining student data, adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines;
- Contributing to the student experience and operation of Federation TAFE.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will require experience in providing effective administrative support and reception services. You should possess problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work demands and meet conflicting deadlines in a busy office environment.
You will need to demonstrate word processing and Microsoft Office software skills, experience using student management systems, knowledge of finance systems and room booking systems, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
An estimated salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
