About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our AWS Industries team. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with top-tier Retail/CPG companies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of cloud technology and the Retail/CPG industry. They will be able to articulate a clear vision for our customers, generate enthusiasm, and impact all business groups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sell at the most strategic level within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
  2. Develop and maintain key relationships, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.
  3. Work closely with AWS resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, and Service teams) to support customer interests.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets.
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
  • Experience building profitable partner ecosystems and developing detailed go-to-market plans.
  • Experience in Retail/Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
