Your OpportunityThis is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and building strong relationships. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
You will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, inspiring them to take action towards their physical, mental, and emotional wellness. No two days are the same in this role, and you will have the chance to develop new skills and build a successful career.
Responsibilities- Contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000 per annum, made up of base salary and commission, plus superannuation benefits. You will also receive a complimentary Platinum Fitness First membership and access to our industry-leading learning and development content.
