">The Opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSCs) play a vital role in the success of Fitness First. They interact with our members daily and have inspired thousands of people to begin their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled, and confident versions of themselves.
">No two days are the same as an MSC, offering the chance to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. In this role, you will drive membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating and converting leads through inspiring people to take action that positively impacts their physical, mental, and emotional wellness. You aid membership retention by providing positive interactions with our existing members, assisting them with inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service that motivates them to continue their fitness journey.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referral campaigns">
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities">
- Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities">
- Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members">
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions">
- Achieve successful outcomes for enquiries">
- Operate the club according to the club roster">
- Promote member retention programs, encouraging members to continue their fitness journey">
- Maintain regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending club-based products to boost results and enhance their experience">
Requirements:
">- Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate">
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset to provide solutions meeting the needs of potential members">
- Show excellent communication skills to engage with people from various backgrounds and inspire them to take action">
- Be driven, goal-focused, and continuously seeking ways to excel">
- Work effectively as a team player, celebrating personal and team successes">
- Be customer-focused, building rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to assist them in achieving their goals">
