About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Consultant to join our team at Fitness First in Chatswood Platinum. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Job Description:

As a Fitness Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns. You will also be responsible for generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, you will provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions, and achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset with ability to provide solutions that meet potential members' needs
  • A gift for communication with ability to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
  • Drive with goal-focused approach and continuous look for new ways to excel
  • A team player with ability to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
What We Offer:
  • A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super
