Fitness First Member Support Specialist

Role OverviewThe Member Support Consultant is the driving force behind the success of Fitness First, interacting with members and inspiring them to lead fearless and extraordinary lives.
Job Description- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
- Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Display a problem-solving mindset, providing solutions that meet the needs of potential members.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action.
- Show drive and goal focus, continuously looking for new ways to excel.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills, rallying through hard times and celebrating personal and team success.
- Be customer-focused, building rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals.
We provide a competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000, comprising base salary and commission, plus superannuation. Additional benefits include a complimentary Platinum Fitness First membership, anniversary leave days, and an extra free gym membership for friends and family.
