Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated Member Support Consultant to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and new business opportunities
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, providing personalized support to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet our members' needs
  • A gift for communication to inspire people to take action
