We are seeking a Strategic Human Capital Development Specialist to lead an exciting transformation of our business partnering approach, reshaping how we operate between centralised and decentralised models.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing leadership capabilities while ensuring regulatory and governance requirements are met.

You will collaborate closely with the broader HR team, including Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and project consultants, to drive impactful change.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with functional and property leaders to deliver a consistent, efficient, and proactive strategic people agenda together with the business
  • Partnering closely with the leader to ensure that the People agenda is a priority and that the solutions meet the unique needs of the group or department
  • Prioritising and partnering in building financially sound recommendations, across all aspects of People & Performance (P&P) that address both the immediate and the long-term needs
  • Understanding the root cause of leadership needs and gathering insights on behalf of the P&P team to inform the design and roll out of P&P initiatives
  • Coaching, developing, and empowering leaders to perform as leaders, in addition to educating leaders particularly on the People operating model

We are looking for someone with proven work experience in a People Advisory role and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or Organisational Development.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship, coaching, influencing, and communication skills to build the development of leadership teams.

They will demonstrate a proactive business partnership, driven by a self-starter mindset and an unwavering can-do attitude.
