Strategic Partnership Manager

Beaumont People is partnering with a leading School specialising in Tourism, Hotel Management, Hospitality and Event Management in the Sydney CBD to find a Strategic Partnership Manager for a 6-month fixed term contract.
- The role offers competitive benefits and is located in the Sydney CBD.
As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will build, foster, and maintain partnerships with schools and industry stakeholders to enhance student recruitment and improve student employability outcomes. Your goal will be to develop strategic relationships that drive business growth and long-term success.
About the Role
You will attend school and expo events, facilitate workshops and events, provide career coaching, course guidance, and vocational advice across the student lifecycle. You will also support faculty staff in integrating employability skills and career development into the curriculum, contributing to improved student retention and graduate employability outcomes in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- School Event & Expo Management: Execute the Schools Channel Plan by attending school and career fairs, delivering presentations, conducting visits, and managing Student Ambassadors.
- Business Development: Create and deliver tailored engagement programs for schools and industry partners, prospective students, and community groups.
- Association Management: Build partnerships with associations and career advisor networks to enhance career pathways.
- Work-Integrated Learning & Student Development: Design and assess events to enhance student employability and industry experience.
- Internship Management: Oversee the placement of students in suitable internships, including consultation and preparation processes.
- Career Coaching: Provide personalised career guidance to students, prospective students, and recent graduates.
Skills & Attributes:
- Prior experience in stakeholder relationship management, business development, or a related role.
- Background in the education industry or Human Resources is highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities, with a proven capacity to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills with experience using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Special Work requirements:
- A valid Driver's Licence, with an ability and willingness to travel between schools throughout NSW.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- To work occasional weekends and evenings to support event engagements.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
