Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our Legal & Public Affairs team at Booking.com. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future by developing and implementing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent oral communications skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear messages that resonate with various stakeholders. You will work closely with the PA team to align messaging and provide colleagues with a thorough understanding of public affairs priorities. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and build internal relationships to drive results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships that support business growth and reputation.
  • Liaise with government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to promote public affairs priorities.
  • Facilitate high-level meetings and negotiations with key stakeholders.
  • Support trade association memberships and represent the company in relevant forums.
  • Monitor and evaluate political stakeholder activity and regulatory developments.
  • Communicate effectively with the PA team to ensure aligned messaging and informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, public policy, international relations).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in English language, with additional languages an asset.
Salary Range

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
