About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional HR professional to join our Asia Pacific Region Human Capital Operations team as a Strategic HR Business Partner.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day management of HC operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and Administer Employee Policies: Develop and maintain employee policies and processes to ensure compliance with Australian Labour Law and regulations.
  • Payroll Administration: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely administration and delivery of country payroll and tax.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Administer staff benefits arrangements and updates, providing advice and guidance to employees on HC and payroll-related matters.
  • HRIS Data Management: Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, employment letters, and documentation, employee notifications, and transactions.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including termination and exits.

This is a challenging role in a fast-paced, professional services environment, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant HR work experience; experience in the professional services industry an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
