We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead our strategic business unit in Asia Pacific. As Commercial Director Asia, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan across different departments.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes strategic plans in collaboration with other teams.
  • Sales execution within the region and supports global sales execution of strategic accounts.
  • Established customer experience level and works towards KPI's to measure it.
  • Continuous improvement of processes and functions related to customer experience.
  • Recruiting, development, and retention of technical talent to keep TMS as a technical leader.
  • Drive the vision of the TMS brand in the region and global market.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Resource allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Promote innovation and identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide regular updates to the Business Area President.
