About You
  • You'll be responsible for achieving individual KPIs and targets.
  • You'll manage a portfolio of domestic motor/property claims in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice.
  • You'll provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries over the phone and in writing.
  • You'll develop customer relationships to understand customer requirements and deliver a positive, trusted customer experience.
  • You'll consistently deliver high-level customer service at all touchpoints.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
