Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Return to Work Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Claims team, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers and clients with their recovery, return to work, and return to health goals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience and/or qualifications in injury rehabilitation, vocational counselling, or allied health;
  • The ability to work in a sensitive environment with compassion and professionalism;
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of organisation;
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
  • A strategic mindset and approach to work;
  • A strong sense of team and collaboration;
  • A resilient attitude;
  • Current Australian driver's license (full).
