Job Title: Senior Instrumentation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation Expert to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing instrumentation solutions for brownfields oil & gas projects.

Job Description:

The Senior Instrumentation Expert will report directly to the I&E Design Manager and work as part of our core design team. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing instrumentation systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Suitably qualified in Instrument Design Engineering from a recognised institution;
  • Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in Oil & Gas Brownfields Engineering/EPCM sector;
  • Relevant Certificate or suitably qualified by industry experience;
  • Experience in E3D, SPI, SPEL, and/or Navisworks Simulator is advantageous;
  • An ability to interpret and translate engineering concepts into practical designs;
  • Professional demeanour and interpersonal skills;
  • An ability to both lead and work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills;
  • A solutions mindset and able to manage varying tasks with often changing and competing priorities.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to remote and flexible working options, purchased annual leave, and employee discount programs.
