The major redevelopment project has upgraded our facilities to enhance the guest experience. Enjoy a brand-new lagoon pool, a poolside restaurant, and extensive tropical gardens.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests by monitoring and enforcing pool safety rules.
  • Providing exceptional service by offering assistance with poolside amenities such as towels and seating arrangements.
  • Staying up-to-date with current CPR and first aid techniques to be prepared for emergencies.
  • Delivering efficient and friendly food and beverage service to all guests.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of pool areas according to procedure manual.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • First Aid Certification is desirable.
