As a Trade Sales/ Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will embark on a diverse and challenging role.

About Us

Beaumont Tiles is Australia's leading tiles and bathroom ware retailer with over 110 outlets nationwide. We are committed to delivering the best in tiles, stone, and bathroom ware through our company-owned and franchised stores servicing trade, home builders, and renovators, as well as the commercial sector.

We offer attractive remuneration packages, including an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on your location and experience. Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include developing trusted relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and offering a consultative approach to service. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving team sales targets.

You will also report to the Store Manager and contribute to generating sales and ensuring success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting efficient follow-ups with customers, and maintaining the overall look of the store.

In addition, you will assist with other duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a retail, sales, or service environment
  • Administrative skills and technologically savvy
  • Forklift licence is required
