We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Real Time, where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expansion across Victoria and beyond.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced sales professional to lead new business initiatives, design custom solutions, and manage client relationships on a high-growth scale.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to craft tailored solutions that meet their goals.
- Custom Solution Design: Develop solutions that align with client objectives, incorporating technology, hardware, and layout considerations.
- Full Sales Lifecycle Management: Lead the process from initial engagement and proposal development to closing and ongoing client support.
- Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, product advancements, and industry-specific terminology to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Proven track record in Sales, ideally with exposure to technology or hardware.
- Skilled at delivering impactful presentations that address client pain points and operational needs.
- Ability to understand basic networking, site layouts, and cabling requirements.
- High level of independence and motivation, with the ability to manage your own schedule and prioritise key client engagements.
- A competitive salary of $110,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
- An uncapped commission structure (1% of all billed revenue), offering significant earning potential.

- Potential to work on large sales opportunities with average deal sizes exceeding $250,000, and recurring contract revenue.
