Senior Solutions Consultant Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Consultant Sales Specialist to join our team at Frankie One. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team's product positioning, evaluating customer environments, and defining application requirements. You will also conduct detailed technical discovery workshops, assess cultural, structural, security, and business functions, and translate these findings for a foundational Frankie solution built for scale and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team's product positioning and evaluate customer environments
* Define application requirements and conduct detailed technical discovery workshops
* Assess cultural, structural, security, and business functions and translate findings for a foundational Frankie solution
* Collaborate with sales, customer, and product teams to design and develop winning solutions
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering roles
* Deep understanding of global and regional KYB regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws
* Proficiency in data analysis tools, KYB software platforms, and API integrations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to build trust and confidence among colleagues and client prospects
