Territory Manager
Job Summary:Our organization is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team and drive sales and distribution across a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifying opportunities to increase sales within the existing customer base
- Achieving targeted sales growth within the designated territory
- Developing and executing merchandising strategies to grow core ranges and improve product visibility
- Maintaining and building relationships with key customers
- Providing proactive support to meet the needs of key customers
- Conducting regular range reviews and promotional activities to add value to customers' business
- Providing timely and accurate feedback on territory activity, including competitor insights
- Relevant experience in a similar position across the FMCG Sales Sector
- Ability to manage and grow existing accounts successfully
- Availability to travel within the region, including overnight stays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize calls effectively
- High level of self-motivation and proactivity, with attention to detail
