Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning of guest rooms & outside villas to meet the high standards expected by our guests.
  • Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests at every interaction.
  • Ensuring misplaced or lost property items are handed in to help reunite them with their owners.
  • Ability to recognise and report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring security of keys and guest rooms at all times by adherence to security procedures.

Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience desired but not essential. Full training will be provided to all new starters.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Motivated and dedicated attitude.
  • Commitment to providing the highest level of guest care.
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
  • Availability to work a flexible roster across 7 days including Public Holidays.
  • Drivers licence to operate hotel vehicles (i.e. buggies).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
