About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving sales growth and promoting our resort's unique experiences.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and processing group reservations across our resort's accommodation, dining, and event facilities. They will liaise with group organisers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions, maintain accurate records and reports of group bookings and availability, and assist with the preparation of group arrival and departure information.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a group reservations or hospitality customer service role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
