The Role:

As a Hotel Team Member - Guest Experience Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to their needs and exceeding their expectations at every turn. This may involve assisting with luggage, directing guests to various areas of the hotel, or providing information about local attractions and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations
  • Assist guests with luggage, including transporting items to and from rooms, vehicles, and other areas of the hotel
  • Direct guests to various areas of the hotel, including restaurants, bars, fitness centers, and spa facilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
