Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Reservations Sales Agent to join our team at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing reservations to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and courteously to all guest inquiries and reservation requests via various channels.
- Efficiently process guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining accurate and up-to-date reservation records.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a consistent and positive guest experience.
- Provide recommendations on room types, resort amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service or reservations role within the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and friendly service.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle guest inquiries and requests.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and technology.
- Adaptable and flexible to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
