About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Facilities and Services team as a Property Compliance Coordinator.

Job Description

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our property portfolio remains compliant with all relevant legislation and internal/external policies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and enhancing our compliance framework.

You will manage compliance audits, inspections, and documentation for essential services, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and authorities. Your expertise will also be required to schedule and manage asbestos audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and tenant notification.

In addition, you will administer the registration of vertical transport systems and backflow prevention devices, as well as coordinate tenancy checklists, collate fit-out documentation, and ensure compliance with occupancy permit requirements.

Your attention to detail and analytical approach will enable you to identify and resolve potential issues before they become major problems.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of building maintenance, compliance, and building services/infrastructure.

You must have proven experience in developing and delivering complex compliance processes, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building.

A natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail, you will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
