This role involves undertaking compliance and risk assessments and gap analyses for a diverse range of properties, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending effective remediation strategies in areas such as confined spaces, hazardous materials, hazardous chemicals, fire safety, traffic management, environmental management, and contractor management.

You will collaborate with clients to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and serve as a trusted advisor in optimising property management processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, along with 1-5 years of experience in property risk and compliance assessments/health & safety, some of which should ideally be in a consulting or advisory capacity.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
