Dedicated Property Operations Coordinator

As a key member of the property management team at Superior People Recruitment, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the property management team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure timely completion of property maintenance and repairs.
- Handle tenant inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and terminations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property services as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is required.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
Around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
