We are currently seeking an experienced Cyber Claims Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cyber insurance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 30 cyber claims and providing a proactive approach to claims management.
The Role
- Claims Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 30 cyber claims from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Proactive Approach: You will work closely with law firms and clients to provide a proactive approach to claims management, identifying opportunities for early settlement and cost savings.
- Settlement and Resolution: You will handle the settlement of claims, including overseeing claims referred to external handlers for settlement.
- Rapport Building: You will build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the claims process.
