Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee our Professional (out of home) business operations. This role will primarily focus on expanding our client base within the Clubs & Leisure sectors while also managing existing accounts in the Hotels, Healthcare, and Café segments. You will have access to renowned brands such as Piazza D'oro, Espresso di Manfredi, L'OR, Pickwick, and Moccona to enhance your sales efforts.

Team Environment

You will be part of a supportive and experienced team that will provide you with valuable insights into the coffee industry. Your role will involve significant travel to engage with new clients and maintain relationships with current customers, alongside a designated day each week spent in the office for administrative tasks and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within your designated market segments.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 existing customer accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by recognizing and acting on opportunities with current clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Take charge of account management, financial assessments, and strategic decision-making for business development.
  • Establish a structured call cycle while maintaining flexibility in your approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in sectors such as Cafés, Hotels, Healthcare, and Clubs.
  • Experience in the coffee industry is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and the ability to engage with clients professionally.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a team player.
  • A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for exploring commercial opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license and eligibility to work in Australia.
