Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee our Professional (out of home) sector. This role focuses on developing new client relationships primarily within the Clubs & Leisure sectors while also managing a portfolio of existing accounts in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and Café markets. You will have access to renowned brands such as Piazza D'oro, Espresso di Manfredi, L'OR, Pickwick, and Moccona to support your sales initiatives.

Team Environment

As part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, you will gain invaluable insights into the coffee industry. Your responsibilities will primarily involve fieldwork to acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships, with one designated day for administrative tasks and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned segments.
  • Manage a direct customer base of approximately 50 accounts.
  • Enhance revenue and profitability by recognizing growth potential with current clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Take charge of account management, financial assessments, and strategic decision-making for business development.
  • Establish a structured call cycle while maintaining flexibility in your approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in sectors such as Cafés, Hotels, Healthcare, and Clubs.
  • Background in the coffee industry is advantageous.
  • Strong passion for coffee and the ability to engage clients professionally.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a team player.
  • Proactive attitude with enthusiasm for exploring commercial opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and long-term work rights in Australia.
