Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Advisor to join our prestigious service centre in Adelaide. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service and technical expertise.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires at least 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor. You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing enquiries, and preparing ROs using manufacture-based programs for accuracy. Additionally, you will work closely with the team to ensure smooth department operations.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and manage their inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare and process repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient department operation.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask and mentor junior staff.
