Adelaide Region Business Development Representative

Rentokil Initial is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Adelaide. This exciting opportunity will see you manage a client base across Initial Hygiene, achieving and exceeding sales quotas, retention, and revenue targets while building effective relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry.

This role involves:

  • Servicing existing clients and analysing their needs to increase sales through strategic planning and execution.
  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with major account customers to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Creating tailored proposals that meet customers' needs, including product, service, and cost options.
  • Resolving issues efficiently by handling first-line queries and escalating when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate customer contact information in company systems and applications.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends through personal contact with customers, reporting significant developments to management.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in Business-to-Business sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Commercially focused mindset to drive growth and profitability.
  • Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels.

We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, along with a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure, company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, and career opportunities.
