We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading technology company and be part of a dynamic sales environment.

About the Role

This key role involves developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique business needs. You will be responsible for making daily contact with clients via leads assigned to you, proposing solutions that meet their requirements, and delivering online demonstrations. A strong focus on customer service and effective communication is essential in this role.

You will have the opportunity to process written requests from customers using our proprietary systems, discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products, and collaborate with your Team Manager to improve processes and systems.

Requirements
  • A strong oral and written fluency in English
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct a needs analysis and offer a solution accordingly
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and general knowledge of technology
  • A high level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • A team-oriented and creative approach to cross and up-selling
  • Native Japanese language skills, including the ability to use KEIGO
